These Creatures Are Why People Go Diving
Going on one of those diving holidays is a great thing to do there is no doubt about that and it is mainly because you spot some of the craziest looking animals in the world. These are just a few of those sea creatures that you could find yourself encountering if you are lucky.
Blobfish
These sea creatures are very strange looking ones indeed and they always look like they are frowning about something, they are very rarely found by humans but if they are found you will see them in Australia and Tasmania in very deep waters among pressure that is dozens higher than sea level. It is this pressure that allows the fish to laze about as they do and they actually do not even use much energy when they are eating.
Viperfish
This fish is another one that lives very deep in the water and it has very long needle teeth with hinged jaws. Viperfish like to come up to shallow water in the night and they hunt by attracting the pretty to them by lighting up one of their organs. They actually can vary in colour from green, silver and black.
Weedy Sea Dragon
To me this is one of my personal favourites because it is able to have active camouflage all of the time. The reason for this is because they are very small and they have tiny fins that propel them forward it gives off the illusion that they are simply seaweed. The way that these creatures actually mate is very cool indeed, they dance. Like most other sea horses it would seem the male carries the eggs.
So although some of these are going to be rare when you go on Maldives divingholidays you still may have a chance at spotting them. If you do please be careful with them as they are very rare sights indeed. Of course ifshark diving is for you then make sure you get out there and spot some sharks!
